PDF for Free
昨晚有朋友問我有沒有免費製作PDF的方案。我想很多人也會問過這個問題，對嗎？
今天就在TinyApps.org就看到兩款很好用的工具，一是Pdftk，一是Combine PDFs。後者Combine PDFs一看而知，是用來結合多個PDF檔案的。但它所能處理的不只PDF，更可以支援JPG圖像。我們可以將PDF與JPG都放進去，並排列次序，再將這些資料輸出成一個新的PDF檔案。爽吧！但這軟件是Mac Only。
不要失望，接下來介紹的Pdftk就是皆大歡喜的，因為它支援Windows、Linux、Mac OS X、FreeBSD及Solaris的。它的功能很強勁，包括結合PDF文檔、加密、解碼、更新PDF MetaData、加入附件及分拆PDF檔案中的內容頁。
當然，最重要的就是兩者都是免費的。
但真的要免費製作PDF嘛，就要試試CutePDF的CutePDF Writer了。但是要使用這軟件，你必須先安裝如Ghostscript的PS2PDF converter。這converter可在這裡下載。
線上方案也有Document Converter eXPress，不過只限轉換1MB以內的檔案。PDF Online也提供了轉換PDF / HTML的功能，但檔案大小上限則是2MB。
